What can't be printed
The Marketplace is for useful, legal parts. We remove listings and orders, and may close accounts, for any of the following.
Weapons
- Firearms, firearm frames or receivers, magazines, suppressors or parts designed to convert or modify a firearm (including auto sears and "switches").
- Other weapons designed to injure people, and any item whose purpose is to defeat safety or security measures.
Other people's work
- Models you don't have the right to print: copyrighted characters and designs, trademarked logos and branded products, and licensed models whose license forbids commercial printing.
- Counterfeit or replica products meant to be passed off as the original.
Unsafe or unlawful items
- Anything intended for use in a crime, or to harm yourself or others.
- Drug paraphernalia where that's illegal, and items that can't legally be made or sold where the Maker or Buyer lives.
- Medical devices, implants, and safety-critical parts (brakes, helmets, climbing or lifting gear) unless the Maker has agreed in writing in the order messages.
- Obscene content involving minors, or content that is otherwise illegal.
Makers can refuse
A Maker can decline any request for any reason. If you see a model that should not be on the site, tell us by messaging the order or contacting us, and we'll look at it.
