Privacy policy

What we collect
- Account details: name, email address and a hashed password.
- Order details: the 3D model files you upload, shipping address, messages between Buyers and Makers, tracking numbers and reviews.
- Payment details: handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers. We store Stripe identifiers that link orders to payments and Makers to their payout accounts.
- Basic technical data: a session cookie that keeps you logged in, and standard server logs.
How we use it
To run the Marketplace: match Buyers and Makers, process payments and payouts, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and send you messages about your orders.
Who sees what
- A Maker you order from sees your model file, your shipping name and address, and your messages for that order only.
- A Buyer sees a Maker's public printer profile, and the shipping and messaging details of their own orders.
- Stripe processes payments and identity checks under its own privacy policy.
- Our team can see order data when needed to resolve disputes or enforce the rules.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We don't use advertising trackers.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, disputes and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account; we'll remove what we're not required to keep.
Fonts
Pages load a typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when you visit.
