How an order works

  1. Upload your model

Drop in an STL. We measure it and only show printers whose build volume fits.

  2. Pick a printer

Compare prices, materials, turnaround and reviews, then send your request.

  3. Owner confirms the price

They look at your file and send a final price with shipping. You can decline.

  4. You pay, we hold it

Your card is charged, but the printer owner isn't paid yet.

  5. It ships, you confirm

Once it arrives and looks right, confirm and we release the money. Problem? Open a dispute.

Own a printer that sits idle?

Set your materials, your hourly rate and a flat shipping price. When someone's part fits your machine, you get a request, review the file, and decide whether to take it.

You choose which jobs to accept. Nothing prints until you've seen the file and agreed on a price.

Why buyers aren't taking a gamble

Money is held until the part arrives. If it isn't what was agreed, open a dispute and our team steps in before the printer owner is paid.

  • Payment is held until you confirm the part arrived.
  • Prices are agreed before you pay, not after.
  • Printer owners have ratings from real completed orders.
  • Messages stay on the site so there's a record if something goes wrong.
